Yugen pairs a natural linen shade with a warm wood base. The linen diffuses the light into a soft, even glow, so the room feels lit rather than lit up.
Its name comes from a Japanese idea: beauty that's suggested rather than shown. Set it on a bedside table, a console or beside a favorite chair, and let it do the quiet work of making a room feel settled at night.
