Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@luhmncove.com and we'll send you our return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away with a photo and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Final-sale items are marked before purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
