Every order ships from our warehouse in Virginia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then handed to the carrier — here’s exactly what to expect, from checkout to your door (and back, if it doesn’t work out).

We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, no international orders. Once your order leaves us, you’ll get tracking by email and can follow it the rest of the way.
Same-day cutoff
Orders placed before 5:00pm ET on a business day ship that same day.
Weekends & holidays
Orders placed then are processed the next business day.
Carriers
USPS, UPS, or FedEx, chosen per order. Signature confirmation available on request.

- United States only We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii at the rate above. No international shipping.
- Missing packages Contact us within 7 days and we’ll help track it down.
- Address changes Must be requested before your order ships — we can’t redirect a package once it’s on its way.
- Weather & carrier delays Outside our control, but we’ll help however we can if your order runs late.
14 days to change your mind.
If something isn’t right, we want to make it easy to send back.
- Return window 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.
- Final sale Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
- Refund timing Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
